When my wife and I started to seriously look for houses in the area, we found out very quickly that by looking... ourselves, we were in over our heads. We realized that there are many more moving pieces, details to consider, and home buying logistics than we anticipated. We knew we needed some help, and we knew we wanted to work with a small, personal, local real estate business, so we were immediately drawn (and referred!) to the independent Rhodes Real Estate. Upon our first meeting with Faith we knew we had made the right decision. Faith listened to our list of preferences and we feel she was able to really understand what we were looking for in a home. We viewed several properties, and Faith allowed us to take our time, as she relayed any questions we had to the property owners. The communication was excellent and we got answers back in what seemed to be no time at all. Throughout the whole process, we felt that we didn’t have just a real estate agent; we also had a trusting, genuine, kind friend guiding us through every step of the way. Faith didn’t just stop with finding us our home; she helped us through every step of the way, working with the lender, the home inspector, and the lawyer for closing.
