In keeping with Governor Phil Scott’s Executive Orders, Rhodes Real Estate has re-opened.

On June 5, Vermont Governor Phil Scott authorized limited cross-state travel with no quarantine requirements for visitors from New England and New York counties with 400 or fewer active COVID-19 cases. Specifics about cross-state travel, including a detailed map of quarantine and non-quarantine counties, can be found on the ACCD website.

All parties present must be wearing face masks, and must maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance from each other at all times – there are no exceptions to this policy.

Additionally, we will not transport any Clients of Customers in our own vehicles.

These policies will be in effect until such time as the Governor enacts a different order.

Please keep your family safe and stay at home as much as possible.

Anyone wishing to visit a home in person will be asked to complete a COVID-19 Disclosure Form prior to entering the home. You can download the form here to complete it prior to your visit.
