In keeping with Governor Phil Scott’s Executive Order updated as of April 17, Rhodes Real Estate has re-opened on Monday, April 20 with modified in-person and in-office activities.

During this time, in accordance with the Governors Executive Order, we must conduct all in-person business with only 1 or 2 other persons present at a time – this includes all appointments and showings.

Both persons present must be from the same dwelling unit and sheltering in place together.

We must ask that extra parties not attend any appointments or showings until these restrictions are lifted by the Governor.

If there are any questions about this, please discuss this with your Agent prior to your appointment.

All parties present must be wearing face masks, and must maintain a minimum of 6 feet distance from each other at all times – there are no exceptions to this policy.

Additionally, we will not transport any Clients of Customers in our own vehicles.

These policies will be in effect until May 15, 2020 or until such time as the Governor enacts a different order.

Please keep your family safe and stay at home as much as possible.
